I haven't watched enough YouTube videos to really know how to use it, but I'll tell you when I get a tension headache or a migraine got that cold from the video is my way! That's great. I usually roll the back of my head upside down and that takes a lot of the pressure off of me. It really makes my skin rejuvenate.
