It was difficult for me to install.

The case concept was solid, but I couldn't for my life install it. I recently bought a 4th generation iPad Air. I can return it or wait for them to help me install it. I should have taken the note that this case is shockproof. This means it's likely to be difficult to install. I ordered a case that is easy to put on.
