Review on Tosca Classic Medium Shoulder Handbag by Megan Evans

Let me tell you something. I went to Vegas with my (now) fiance 2 years ago. We stay in Luxor. There were Vittorio bag shops in Luxor. I don't mean the little counter you find in a mall. It looked like a small boutique with fancy lighting and a stylish saleswoman. She told me it was real leather and offered if I bought a handbag she would give me my purse for free. A few days went by and I bought it (about $100 I think? Can't remember exactly). It was metallic brown. Sufficient for 2 years of daily use! The strap is in excellent condition, not torn, not torn. So it happened that the fabric on the side where the strap is attached broke out of the rivet. So of course I discovered that it wasn't leather at all, so I was a bit pissed. I've been looking for a handbag to replace this for 3 weeks. Nothing, not even Coach, Fossil, Michael Kors or whatever has given me exactly what I wanted like this bag. The strap is the PERFECT length for me to grab my purse by the strap, bend my elbow and drape the strap over my shoulder. The handbag does not hug the elbow. I call it the elbow test. The length of the strap should be longer than my forearm. Stupid, I know, but it has to be. So I couldn't find anything that was simple enough and big enough (but not too big) to pass my elbow test. I was about to give up and buy another Vittorio bag when I found this one. She is exactly the same. Just as! It may not be leather, but my goodness, it's the best faux leather I've ever seen in a handbag. I found this brand (Tosca) and another brand at Revain selling these things for $20-$36 and I couldn't be happier! And colors! My final color is tan because I know navy blue and marsala (burgundy) will be popular this year and instead of buying both colors I decided tan would go well with both. What else can I tell you? There is a divider in the middle of the wallet, which sometimes annoys me when I'm trying to fit a ton into the wallet. But the divider itself is a zip pocket. There are also two small open pockets on the inside front. Also a zip pocket on the inside of the back. And a zip pocket on the outside on the back.
