Great and all but.
I had high hopes for them and overall I would say yes they do what they say. However, they are accompanied by stomach cramps, and sometimes it's just not worth it. Wearing a mask all day definitely makes you question your eating habits and it helps curb that. I have read this cautionary tale several times but have come to the conclusion that I have a digestive system of steel. I am fine. nope You're right, they can cause discomfort, that's okay. So be careful.
