Very helpful company

After one use the headphones stopped making noise. I used them once for a 30 minute therapy session. Update: After seeing my review, the company was very helpful. They contacted me immediately to help. After suggesting several troubleshooting methods, they promised to send a replacement. I really appreciate that they even tried to help. It definitely changed my opinion about the product.
