first let me say the shipping was terrible and the packaging was damaged. The chair is fine. from far away. Up close it looks as cheap as it is. There was a hole in the box from which all the hardware fell out, which is interesting as the hardware pouch was cut open as if it were a return sent to someone else. Apparently a hole in the box and opening the gear pack caused a lot of gear to fall out. And let me just say that this isn't hardware that you can easily find. Which you should do since the company won't send you replacement hardware like most do. You have to send the whole package back and they will send you another one, but good luck if you get one in better condition. Chances are you'll get another damaged one. So is it worth it? Not really. Not if you can find screws elsewhere. Through trial and error (and converting from metric to imperial) we were able to order bolts online. Revain gave me a $20 gift card, but after spending nearly that much on a hardware replacement, it wasn't that much. That's why it got a star. Not necessarily because of its looks or its function as a chair, but because it's not worth the money. If you have your eye on another, more expensive chair, I advise you NOT to settle for it. Save your money and get what you REALLY want.
