my goodness exceeds my expectations. Love it. Very polite. I have long tangled East Indian hair and it has been processed as well. Now I have to hide the "Greys". Wine Wine. I won't always use this as a standalone product, but most of the time I will. I spend so much on shampoos and NOTHING really matters. I will be in a deep state; I WILL use keratin conditioner because my hair needs it. This shampoo does not dry out your hair at all. Also, one reviewer said it caused her whole family to get dandruff. I am very skeptical about this. Rather than throwing the product away like the reviewer claimed, I would either mix up some head and shoulders in small batches or use it as a body wash. But it's a worthy cause. I'm glad I stumbled across this.
