Add water for an instant bird chirp!

Works great as a loud whistle and my kids love these colors. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to create a bird's chirp when there was water in it. Tips: You don't need a lot of water; while blowing the whistle, tilt the bird up so that the water almost spills out of the hole (the chirping comes from the air rushing past the water).
