Review on 🍵 BTäT Double Tea and Coffee Glasses by Jeremy Hudson

I love the lightweight and insulating properties of borosilicate glass mugs. Each of these mugs has a small lip on the rim that helps when you tilt the mug to drink. I just wish the rim was a little thinner (although I don't think they could make it that much thinner and still be durable or safe to drink - not sure) for a little easier drinking without dripping. I hand wash them as the only thing preventing water from penetrating between the layers of glass is a tiny dab of silicone(?) on a small hole in the bottom of the base (due to the formation of a double glass wall). I would wish that the manufacturer paid a little more attention to the orientation of the silicone and made sure that it was transparent and not yellowish. You don't really see it unless you turn the cups upside down, and luckily it doesn't make them shake. These are my favorite mugs now - don't talk about the other two double wall borosilicate mugs! Neigh). The features that put them at the top of my favorites are 1) a curved lip and 2) a pedestal base. Definitely a great price - especially since these 4 mugs aren't much more expensive than the 2 borosilicate mugs with no base and no curved lips that I bought just before ordering!
