slower than advertised

DELKIN 64GB V30 card (DDMSDR50064G made in Taiwan) with 100MB/s read speed and 50MB/s write speed. My CrystalDiskMark 7 benchmarks show 62 MB/s sequential read and 28 MB/s sequential write. I'm disappointed and was expecting at least 30MB/s sequential write speed, which I believe is V30 on the label.
