The best part about zenith was its customer support team, they were always there whenever we needed them! They helped us with our problems regarding software updates or customization requests as well as queries related to product usage. I would highly recommend using it because you get what u pay for in terms of quality service from such an established vendor. It's not bad at all but i wish they could provide more customizations options. If your looking for something simple then go ahead otherwise if you want good features then stick to other products which have loads of advantages. Inventory management system has been made easy thanks to zenith and also my client satisfaction rate increased considerably after implementing zenith solution.
