Not the formula I was expecting. I used to love this stuff, but this bottle is different. First thing to note is that it has a lip gloss cotton tip that holds SO MUCH liquid and not a nail polish brush that you can use to create the perfect amount of color. So essentially, a lot is wasted because you can't really squeeze out the excess or you'll end up with a mess and still wasting it. Small bottle... a bit pricey - don't want to spend! Also, it's very dry. You NEED lip balm or you'll look like a parched turtle.
