Amazing upgrade to my 2015 Tundra Platinum

To be honest the instructions for this are a waste of paper. Images do not represent what you see or what you should do. BUT, everything was packaged very well and the zip ties that came with it came in handy. There is a tutorial video on YouTube that explains it step by step. Due to Revain's recommendations, I can't post a video link but can search for a video from BA Technologies. Everything is quite simple and straightforward, even with the use of basic hand tools. They include a panel popper, but I didn't need it during my install. The only part that could pose a problem is the longer line to the passenger side for the TPMS system. Take something like a 2 foot rod that you can slide through the back of the center console leg to secure the cable and pull it back in to glue it together. Also, it works as expected and took me maybe 45 minutes. It starts and keeps the doors locked, you can open them with the key fob and it keeps running. Put the key in the ignition and turn it to the 'on' position and your radio etc will turn on. Just don't apply the brake before you insert the key and turn it to the "on" position, this will stop the motor (nice safety touch!). The remote start will run for approximately 10 minutes before turning off if you are not already in the vehicle. Would definitely buy again!

Cons
  • Lots of stuff
