User friendly CRM tool for targeting audiences
It saved us time by pulling our data into an easy-to use platform, allowing for seamless integration as we build out future products. The interface could be more intuitive (easier/faster navigation) if there were fewer icons showing up when you are trying to find something within the program's featureset. This was not necessarily true of previous versions but I would assume it still exists. We used this product at my employer to help streamline some ad targeting processes that previously took days or weeks using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Pros
- Easy way in which users can pull all their marketing campaign information together through one place instead having multiple excel files scattered throughout your office space! Also have been able increase sales conversions with ease because everything is kept organized under each individual client account number so nothing gets lost along its journey from start until finish!! Love how user friendly DTP has become over recent
