This is for dogs and cats. I have 10 cats. 8 out of 10 of my cats liked it very much, they eagerly approached it to lick the thick paste addition from the tube. One of the two she wouldn't touch even when given food is an older cat who came to me extremely spoiled, very picky and ONLY likes human food. The other cat might have been a little shy, but I think he just didn't like his smell. Since the 8 cats that liked it enjoyed it so much that they tried to steal cans from each other, I think there's a good chance most cats will enjoy it. It is easy to dose - the plunger is clearly marked CC. IF I want to dose 5cc, I just squeeze 5cc and the paste squirts out from the top. A lot of supplements are shipped this way, so I'm used to the plunger. I remember the first time I used one it felt a little strange, but it's easy to get used to. All of my cats have tolerated it well and I love that probiotics provide them with nutritional supplements and health benefits at the same time. I would recommend having plenty of water when giving this. Some of my cats didn't lick it out of the bath but ate the whole little strip. It's very thick, so they smacked and licked their lips for a while and then drank a lot. It seemed to get stuck in their mouths a little and made them thirsty.
