Review on Collapsible Portable Cart - Lightweight Heavy Duty (60KG / 120lbs) by Tanya Smith

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nothing for weaker/older people. Excellent customer service.

I bought this for my mum as I don't want her lugging heavy stuff out of the car. It's not exactly the sturdiest thing in the world, but it does the job, probably for anything under 50 pounds. The only problem is that once opened, this thing is insanely difficult to close. It feels like the plastic will break every time I try to close this thing. It makes no sense. People who buy this probably need help to carry heavy things and they are a bit weaker. Why do they make opening/closing so difficult? You could build a locking mechanism, or a rope to close it, or whatever. But instead they made it so that you have to slide it through 2 huge pieces of plastic that are difficult to close even for me. (I am 29 years old and have above average strength for an adult). I pinched myself and broke my ankles pretty badly. multiple times by closing this thing. when you are strong I think it's great. But even if you are strong. You probably don't need it to start with. Edit: Upgraded to 4 stars because the company emailed me an apology and refund offer. They said the one I received was not supposed to be and could be a damaged item. Excellent customer service. Worst case, you can contact them for a refund. It's worth doing business with them. The handcart/minicart is actually pretty decent when open. I've just had a folding/unfolding issue that may be due to shipping damage.
