Needed an economical yet durable 24" flat screen TV mount (LED Westinghouse) for outdoor installation under a patio/porch. I also wanted to be able to easily remove the TV and take it to the garage so I bought two but the mounting bracket is not "quick release" so I also have an "Ergotron quick release LCD mount". (60-589-060)". This mount is perfect for the Video Secu LCD monitor. attachment. I was able to attach the Ergotron mount to the TV and the mounting bracket to the wall mount. Holes matched on all fasteners. I bought two Ergotron wall mounts and brackets (can use one for my other widescreen = 32 inch). Now I can just detach the TV from the mount and take it inside in case of inclement weather or attach it to another TV mount and bracket that I place in the garage. The product makes a well-made and stable impression. The release lever/button (you push the lever/tab/button down and pop the mount out) is a little odd and plasticky. It will probably break if it gets a lot of use but not a big deal because the lock isn't needed anyway as you can see from the photo (if installed correctly) the weight of the TV keeps the bracket in place cannot slide down. You will need to slide the TV up to move the mount (when installing, remember that you have space above the TV to "lift" it after removal).
