The mic worked for about 1.5 weeks and then just stopped working. The speaker connects and plays with Bluetooth, but the microphone does not work. We tried to fix the error by charging unsuccessfully - my kids were very disappointed. I wrote a review of our experience and many months later the company emailed me offering a replacement and saying they had "improved" the technology. We have just received a replacement and appreciate the company's efforts to provide good customer service. I honestly assumed I took casualties so let's see how long this mic lasts.
