I like that it is quick to navigate, easy to use for both new users as well as experienced virtual tour creators! It's very intuitive; no training required at all (which was great!). The support team has been fantastic throughout our entire engagement with them. They are always willing to help you out when needed or if there needs to be some additional clarification of their product/service. Nothing so far - we've only just started using this platform but have had an excellent experience thus far!! We're able to create beautiful 360 videos without having any prior knowledge about how these work which makes my job easier since now they can focus more time creating content instead of trying figure everything out themselves.
