Disappointed after 3 weeks of use as it doesn't fit.

This product looks good at first and I was hoping it would take shape as I continued to use it. For 3 weeks I've been struggling to get the nice round shape they have in the picture but all in vain. It's still the wrong shape. looks terrible. I hope that it will be able to keep the shape shown in Fig.
