- I LOVE MY CHAIRS! They are so comfortable, the PERFECT size and so cool! They rotate 360° and the pillow is so soft! When the box got here it was punctured inside and a little dented, but everything inside was in perfect condition. Now to the building process. The instructions looked simple but there are small details that confuse me. 1. I needed a cushion drill 2. I had to unscrew a few things and repeat the process to make everything fit (screwing the footrest in front of the pivot plate) 3. It constantly seemed like nothing was lined up for the screws 4 Almost every "instruction" required a second thought process to make it work. (Turn plates on opposite ends to insert screws) - Overall, despite the confusing 'easy' instructions, the process was fairly quick with the help of a second person. - Worth it!
