I love this backpack! Bought this for my son for college and can only give her high marks. Time will certainly tell how it holds up but it appears to be a quality bag and it certainly looks great! Here's an update on this (not so) great bag. As I said I bought this bag for my son for college and as always time will tell how the product holds up. Well, my son entered grad school in mid-August and unfortunately one of the shoulder straps ripped completely. He carries a light laptop and a book. You'd think the bag would hold up for that amount of money. NOT RIGHT! Of course I cannot return or exchange the bag as that option has come and gone. VERY VERY disappointed in this product.
