OK, but not perfect.

I am using an Epson ET-2550 printer which uses pigment based inks. First, let me say that when I printed my trading card, I tested a lot of paper for a very specific purpose. game and for this process I need adhesive paper and paper that can be printed on both sides. At least one side must be of high print quality. I was also looking for a very specific feature to be able to easily move cards against each other without having to do anything extra to them, but obviously no article will tell me sooner if it can do that. I'll try. I decided to try this in the hope that since it's vinyl it would be more slippery and glide better over other papers while still printing at a high quality on the one side I want. Print quality is good, definitely better than plain paper but maybe not as good as other photo papers. You can see the vinyl decal on the left versus the textured PPD photo paper on the right in my attached photo. The colors and blacks on the vinyl decal look a bit faded in comparison. Ignore the weird black lines that seem misaligned, one of the printer nozzles is broken so it's nothing to do with the paper. I tested water resistance by dampening my finger and lightly rubbing the corner of the card a few times. once. You can see that the lower right corner of the vinyl sticker has some dirt so it was less waterproof than expected as my printer's pigment ink should be more waterproof. I've produced more water-resistant prints on other papers where I've seen others say that the water almost completely washed away the ink. So maybe this product is somehow designed to be more waterproof with dye-based inks than with pigment-based inks. better against each other than most conventional papers. My current method of getting them to work is to rub them for a few seconds with the wax paper backing removed from the sticker, which has worked just as well with this product, although I'm not sure if I have its own or one of theirs used the others. I had plenty of time. In conclusion I would say that basically this product does what it does and if you are looking for a matte adhesive paper that prints close to photo quality then this could be for you. It's just not quite ideal for my project. It's also a bit pricey for my project as I could get more or less the same card quality for less using cheaper matte photo paper for the front and inferior sticker paper for the back. I'm sure I can use it for another project.
