I really like this new shoulder kit from Morros; Unlike the other two setups I own, this one is HEAVY DUTY with large controls (like a great tracking focus attachment) and a well finished knob. As my younger friends would say, "I'm not kidding!" Assembly was very easy - not only intuitive, but with 2 instructional posters. One problem is on the underside - the adjustment knobs don't have enough play - so you have to disconnect everything and "almost tighten" before you get everything in the right final position (then you can tighten everything). The only other issue I had was with the shoulder pad; The hole in the fabric was misaligned and also too small for the pole so I had to pull the fabric over the pole and then find a hole (tougher than it looks) to attach it to. I've decided never to take it apart again, so apply some Lock-Tite to parts like the shoulder pad (to prevent loosening). I've posted several photos from different angles to show this great device.
