If you're using a stem instead of a plate build like I did then follow my numeric photos and my instructions and it will definitely work. This is the shorter side of the stem (as in pic 1) that will go into the wheel slot, but before you do that you'll need to get a 7 32" drill bit that's slightly smaller in diameter than the shorter end. (as in Fig. 2). Slowly press the drill to pierce the rather thick plastic membrane that is in the hole in the wheel (as in fig. 2). as in Fig. 3) and hold the wheel with one hand and tap it with the other hand (it should look like Fig. 4). It stays firmly in place. old wheels, they fit perfectly (as in photos n.5 and 6). I popped them into the kitchen cart slot and the fit was solid (as in photos #7 and 8). You can see that all 4 wheels are mounted on the cart in photo #9. Photos #10 and 11 show the cart from both sides and to be honest the wheels roll smoothly on my hardwood floor. And I'm absolutely honest. Photo #12 shows an ugly broken old LS wheel that originally came with the car. Now they're in the trash.
