Textesy is very easy to use, it's intuitively setup so you don't have any problems using its features or getting up-to speed with them quickly! The customer support team are always helpful (even when we're not paying their bills!) I can say that they've been amazing in helping us set everything correctly from day one - even if our systems were new at this point there would be no doubt about how great these guys really know what they do!! We haven’t encountered anything yet which has caused an issue but all of my concerns here mentioned above seem like common sense things rather than issues themselves? And as longs ago stated by others already; yes absolutely get your own dedicated account manager because otherwise nothing will ever change unless something goes wrong first?! Donor engagement through texting/SMS marketing was never considered before until now..
