Mismatched Amounts - Hair Care

Hello, I'm not sure if the shampoo comes with it, it's a lot less than the conditioner, if anyone knows if that's the right amount please let me know, thanks! In my opinion it smells really good, but the amount seems wrong to me, maybe I'm wrong!
