Only 2 things stopped me from giving this bag 5 stars, the packaging was poor quality, they just stuffed it in a plastic bag in the mailbox, they might ruin it. Second, the bag is very difficult to open/adjust as the chain is too big for the grommets it goes through. I hope it gets easier as I use the bag. It's also sturdy, doesn't look cheap, and overall it's a very good bag. I'm glad I bought it and am considering getting it in black!
