*** Update for one year! ***Purchased on January 3, 2020 Charging case stopped working on January 8, 2021 Too bad! Subtract one star for review, down from 3 to 2. Bluetooth connectivity is good, pairing is quick with no lag when watching videos. Easy pairing. The controls are very easy to use and respond slightly positively to button presses. Good range of different headphones to choose from. Sound quality is decent if you get the right fit, but finding a good fit is difficult for me. I really have to manipulate them in the ear to get the right fit. And they tend to move around with light outdoor activities, so I have to change their position often. Very disappointed with it. 2 stars deducted for poor fit. I also have some discomfort in my ears, I can definitely say that something is getting stuck in my ear. That and the loose fit is probably my biggest complaint, but it might be different for some. I've experimented with all headphones. For me, the big ones work best. But not great. I have a hard time getting them in my ear just enough to stay in place and then they end up not staying in place. I adjust them in my ear all the time. The volume is decent, not super loud, but loud enough. I can't hear music through my lawn mower. They sound pretty good with a balanced tone between low, mid and high frequencies. Good sound, not amazing, but still good. I would have liked more bass. Again, a good fit results in the best sound quality. Very nice body, black matte finish with nice LED turn signals. I had to fiddle with the earbuds a bit to get them on the charger properly. Overall it's a nice design, they feel like a premium design from the case to the earbuds themselves. Great battery life. This is a big plus. Charging is very easy. Very good phone call quality, I was pleasantly surprised at how good it is. No problems with calls. BUT Audio did NOT work with Microsoft Teams. Pity! Wore them while training in light rain and they worked great. To me they are most useful for sitting still or lying in bed, and not for any activity. An overall rating of 3 stars would have been 5 apart from the poor landing.
