Received this item yesterday and opened it today. That does not work. I charged it yesterday and it glows green. I'm assuming the battery in the remote is already dead, I don't know. Incidentally, the battery ejector screw is the size you would remove it with a screwdriver for glasses. That means I have to buy a screwdriver and battery which costs another $10 and I don't know if that's the problem. Also, this product is non-refundable due to battery discharge. Thank goodness I bought it from Revain, they really care about their customers. THANK YOU AMAZONE!
