Review on Wickedly Stylish Witch Hat For An Enchanting Halloween Look by Michael Daniels

I'm glad we went with this pack! My 4 year old and I were witches for Halloween, and I had the *hardest* time finding cute, basic witch hats (which sounds weird around Halloween time, but really- Everything else was gigantic, miniature, or covered in colorful appliques and whatnot!), and these were so cheap, I thought it wouldn't hurt to give them a try after all of the other ones had failed! These are sturdy and on the thicker side, the material isn't super scratchy or floppy, they aren't ridiculously tall, and they somehow fit the both of our heads comfortably, so great stretch factor! And, we had a bunch left over, so she loves using them for dress up now.
