Most plastic wrap seems to be cut to the millimeter so the pieces are 300mm x 300mm. I paid a few bucks more for this because it looked like it might actually be a 12 inch square which would help my current project. nope! she is short I knew it could be just about anything until I tore off the paper and realized that even the thickness wasn't right. It was labeled 1/8 inch (or 3.175mm) when it is actually 2.6mm. Doesn't sound like much, but it's 25% and it's actually making a difference in what I do. Use inches as long as they provide actual measurements somewhere on the listing (some of us are used to this when buying wood).
