You've been kind. They sent me a replacement because the device didn't work properly after the first level. If I set it to a higher level, the device either automatically returns to the first level or switches off after 2-3 pulses at higher levels. I later noticed that the device had a crack on the edge where the light pulses come from. That's probably why it didn't work Results: I've only used the device 3 times to remove unwanted hair and I've noticed that the hair grows back very slowly. I'm happy and excited. I did feel a slight sting when using it on my coarse hair, but I don't find it painful to use. A light sting lasts only a second, it is not a strong pain. All I feel is warmth as I pulsate with soft hair. I don't know anyone who wants to permanently remove their hair, but if anyone contacts me I will definitely recommend this and buy again.
