Bought these shoes for my youngest basketball player, 6 years old. They look good and feel comfortable—until a day later, she reported that these shoes hurt at the front of her ankle when she buckled them (super quick and easy! No laces!). Basically, the tongue doubles as the middle between two Velcro straps, and when she tightens the shoe, she puts too much pressure on her ankle (where the tongue touches her). Too bad, because we love how easy it is to "tie" these shoes! We return to the more comfortable but problematic Team Hustle D8, where the Velcro destroys the laces but holds them back.
