Great stool. I'm a massage therapist and was a little hesitant to switch to this new design, but it works great and is easy to change by moving your hips around the table. It takes a bit of adjustment and awareness to sit in the middle of a session as it has to face the right direction unlike a traditional stool, but I've gotten pretty good at turning it properly with my knees, so I do it doesn't have to handle it with oily hands in the middle of a session :-)
