My bathrobe arrived quickly and is an exact size "S". I'm 5'3" and have long arms. It's ankle length, the arms go past the wrist as shown in the photo but can be left bent if desired. I wanted a zip robe, warm, light weight and well tailored to wear at home in the winter.A bathrobe made from 100% cotton, which is rare.The seams and seams are well finished.And heavy weight.On the inside, it looks like an old fashioned chenille bedspread.Outside it's more fluffy. While the inside is very textured, it doesn't feel "scratchy" or scratchy like mohair to me; (if the inside was as fluffy as the outside that would bother me more, I have sensitive skin. ) However, the raised texture is not very comfortable on my skin after a few minutes, so I prefer to call it a "home robe" rather than a "robe".
