I like that it does not require any user training to utilize this tool for daily tasks, such as backing up data or simply copying large batches of folders/files at once. There is no easy way to set time limits if you wish too! We have been able use our own custom scripts (if necessary) but often times these need tweaking before they perform correctly across all systems we are using them with - including Windows servers from different vendors. It's great when multiple people within an organization can work together easily without needing additional software licenses purchased by each person individually. Our team has had trouble working efficiently due to having many users who do their job alone rather than relying upon others; however now everyone knows how important backups really ARE & what happens if one day there will be another disaster!! This helps me trust my colleagues more because all actions performed through the program can't be changed unless someone specifically wants those modifications made. Also allows us access remotely via VPN. Hel.
