Good texture, leaves an imprint

This is my first time using a 'paper' screen protector and I have to say it was a turning point for notes. I thought I could get used to writing on the iPad's smooth screen surface, but after using the paper-like screen protector, the writing experience changed dramatically. I currently installed it over a protective glass and everything works as expected. There may be a very slight decrease in touch sensitivity, but I haven't noticed anything that would make me not use the two protectors together. My biggest problem is that the protective film leaves an imprint of what is drawn on it, just like when you write on one paper, the next leaves an imprint (see attached image). Now I don't press the pen very hard anymore (I don't press to draw, just a light pressure to write notes). I'm actually very aware of this, having read reviews from people that their pencil tips wear out really quickly. I notice that the impressions are not visible when the screen is on, only when it is off. Because of this issue, I'll probably try a different brand next time and see if it's something common to all (the nature of the beast) or isolated by the manufacturer. ADVANTAGES β€’ 2 packs β€’ Inexpensive β€’ Easy to install β€’ Works over protective glass CONS β€’ Leaves marks on the screen protector
