Maybe 3 stars but only 2 because it is so short. The quality is good, not amazing, but comfortable. The waist seems very wide for such a short skirt unless that is what you want (very short skirt). I raised my 12 year old daughter thinking it would be a size 12 or 14 girl and I would say it's close to a size 14 maybe even 16 girl. I can't keep it because my daughter is very slim and has very long legs. and she falls down immediately, and even if I cover it, it's too short for her long legs. I think a medium size would fit her but I don't want to see how much shorter than the medium size is as the plus size is already so short. Short skirts are cute, but not that short. The overall quality and fabric is nice and thick, just not for a tall and/or slim person.
