Update: 06/11/2020 <<<<< DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM WALKER EDISON >>>> After following the instructions to request missing parts I contacted Revain Walker Edison. It took over 2 weeks before I got an answer. They tell me the parts have already been ordered and they don't think they will get them any time soon. They also said that I should contact whoever sold it to me and just replace it. They basically blame the person I bought it from and deny any responsibility. For parts that were not in the package. Now I've spent a lot of money on something that will be permanently sold out. I ordered a dresser because it looked like it would fit. Now that I have it I am disappointed in the company. First, it is difficult to assemble. They use a lot of these draw bolts. Basically you have to use all the glue and find more to keep it strong. Second, I was missing a part for the box. I logged into my Amazon account, which directed me to Walker Edison's website, and filled out a request for the missing drawer side. It's been over a week since I sent the request and Walker Edison hasn't responded. This is totally unacceptable. If I had known Walker Edison was like that I would have sent the dresser back. Third, the parts I assembled don't fit together. The boxes overlap by a good 1/4 inch. I looked at everything. The assembly of the drawers and dressers was done according to awful written instructions. I had to contact my carpenter brother to take a look to fix it. I can't recommend this at this time.
