I like that it's durable and holds a large towel well. During installation, you can grind down the rear ring so that it does not cut into the wall (at the point of attachment). It may be intentional for added strength, but it will bite into your wall and leave a permanent indentation if/when you decide to remove it and forgo it. Also make sure it is tightened on the base and lever before installation. I didn't and the lever arm moved causing the positioning to not work and I had to unscrew it and screw it back to the wall (causing more screw holes). And I had a contractor who was helping me all the time.
