Contacted Crosley Support and a recorded message recommends that customers submit a support request on the website (crosleyradio.com). However, after submitting a support request, a message appears stating that their "processing time" is 7 days due to the volume of requests! This is of course not encouraging. If I don't hear from their support team in the next few days I will be returning this item.
