Only use with 12v in cups and mugs
The manufacturer made a mistake by putting the USB plug in a car socket, people try to plug it into laptops and phone chargers that only output 5v . I don't think 5V is enough. I connected the 12 volt power supply via the included car adapter and it kept my coffee hot like hot steam and fast all night. actually works with 5v if you have enough amps too. I am not sure. I know it's in high demand because the cable that comes with it gets hot. Hope that helps. There's also a thermal break inside so it doesn't get insanely hot or catch fire. It's good ๐If nothing helps, put it on a candlestick.๐
