As for the case, I wasn't expecting it. I thought the shell that the iPad sits in should be soft and comfortable, but it's plastic (not what I was looking for). It's all basically cardboard (not what I was looking for). My last one was padded so I might prefer that, but I just don't see how the cardboard will protect my iPad and it's awkward to hold. I actually bought another case to use and only use this when I need to set it up and use the keyboard. Now to the keyboard. I like her. Bluetooth is easy to set up and takes a long time to charge. I love that I can put my iPad on the table next to me and wirelessly use the keyboard on my lap. I never use a keyboard that is attached to the case. Overall I like the keyboard and since I have another case for everyday use, this case is only good as a prop. I just won't use it for anything else. I would pay that price for just the keyboard so I think it's a win.
