Refresh! After posting my review, this seller got back to me and not only sent a replacement but also a free update! I would highly recommend this seller just for the fact that they have AMAZING customer service! I loved the look of the chain I had and I'm SO HAPPY I got a replacement! Thank you Marti! I bought this chain for a pendant my husband bought me a few years ago and the original chain it was on broke. I had the chain for about 6 weeks and today it just broke! It wasn't pulled on the creases or anything else that could cause it to break! I got up and heard the trailer fall to the ground. It wasn't the clasp that broke, it was the middle of the chain. Very disappointed! I thought it was a higher quality chain. As you can see from the photo it has no damage other than it just fell apart.
