Review on 🔥 Enhanced Packaging of COVERGIRL Total Refined Mascara: A Stunning Upgrade by Cody Simmons

I've been looking for Navy Blue Mascara for a long time. There are some bright blues guitars that are definitely too '80s. A good navy is a subtle shade that makes brown eyes look stunning. It's not this mascara. The paint is more of a dusty, soft black when wet, but dries to a featureless, dusty black. The formula does absolutely NOTHING for the lashes. It has a plastic wand instead of a brush, which I usually find awful, regardless of the brand. I threw away this mascara because it was only $4. The cover girl has never had good mascara.
