These packages are so disappointing! This is a set of two pouches designed to keep food warm, cold and frozen. The size of the bag is 12 x 14 inches. It's made of extremely thin material unlike other hot cold bags I've had in the past. This bag really feels double over the aluminum foil it's so thin. I bought it primarily for a hot meal that I needed to keep warm ten minutes from home. The food arrives warm without the package so I expected the package to keep the food warm until I get home. Unfortunately this bag just doesn't work, the food arrived cool and not hot. I haven't tried the cooling abilities of this bag since I bought it for hot meals and wouldn't mix it. Fortunately, since I bought it from Revain, the return process is very easy. I haven't had this problem with other brands of hot cold bags. I use the one that says Premium Hot Cold Bag on the front and it works really well (I don't know the brand, it just says Hot Cold Bag). I will not buy these bags again.
