Not for winter weather, low quality/price

I've often been surprised by the quality of some items I've bought from Revain that seem cheap but are actually good. So I was hoping it would be the same with these bracelets. Unfortunately, they fall into the category of the classic adage "you get what you pay for". cheap. In fact, they're overpriced considering the quality - I've found the best winter headbands at the Dollar Store.
