Rain, snow and sun - that's what this bag is made for (at least as weather protection). Perfect amount of storage space with a wide range of pockets available. I was particularly impressed by the laptop compartment. My 14 inch laptop fits in with tons of free space. It's also the most secure laptop compartment I've ever seen in a backpack. It's not just a bag with a laptop strap, it's actually protection. If I could change anything I would remove the zipper for the side water bottle pocket, it's not needed and limits the size of a water bottle that fits in there (my 36 oz Yeti fits in my Under Armor tote bag but there's no chance it fits into this). All in all it really is the perfect bag for work or school. It might not be big enough to hold a lot of textbooks, but that's why we have PDFs :)
