Great way for restaurants and cafes alike, especially those open later hours such ours
I like that you can see what your customers are saying about their experience with us as well! It's great to be able get feedback from them directly rather than waiting weeks or months after they dine at our restaurant before we receive it in an email notification when something is said against one of my stores/restaurants etc..
There isn't anything i dislike so far but would love if there was more ways people could give positive customer reviews (such has facebook) which makes life easier where no-one knows who posts negative comments because its not tagged properly /etc.
Pros
- Love all options available especially being sent notifications & emails for both good AND bad items, this helps me keep track easily without having too dig around through endless pages looking up information individually each time instead just logging into dashboard once per day :) Also very easy set custom reminders suchs s birthdays , annivers
